The Platform is owned and operated by Dubaigold.online L.L.C-FZ, a company incorporated in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (“Dubaigold”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Platform provides a technology-enabled interface that facilitates the execution of physical gold purchase transactions conducted by Sparklyn Diamonds LLC (TRN - 105167950200003), a licensed bullion trader registered in Dubai, UAE (“Sparklyn”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Dubaigold.online:
operates a technology and web platform
facilitates customer orders and transaction execution
provides transaction visibility and statements
acts solely as an execution and facilitation agent
Dubaigold does NOT:
sell gold
buy gold
hold customer funds
hold customer gold
provide custodial or wallet services
Sparklyn Diamonds LLC: (TRN - 105167950200003)
is a licensed bullion trader in the UAE
is the seller of physical gold
receives customer payments for gold purchases
allocates and holds gold solely as part of completing a bullion sale
arranges fabrication and physical delivery
All gold transactions executed via the Platform are conducted directly between the customer and Sparklyn Diamonds LLC (TRN - 105167950200003).
Upon successful payment:
the customer purchases physical gold from Sparklyn Diamonds LLC (TRN - 105167950200003)
ownership of the gold transfers to the customer upon allocation
the transaction is recorded in Sparklyn’s systems
Dubaigold.online records and displays the transaction details for reference.
Each payment corresponds to an immediate gold purchase.
The Platform does not support wallets, balances, or stored value.
Gold purchased by the customer:
is allocated and owned by the customer
is backed 1:1 by physical gold
is held by Sparklyn only to complete fabrication and delivery
At no time does Dubaigold.online own, hold, or control customer gold.
Physical delivery of gold is available once the customer’s allocated quantity reaches the minimum delivery threshold (currently 1 grams).
This threshold is a logistical and fabrication requirement only and does not affect customer ownership.
All payments are made directly to Sparklyn Diamonds LLC (TRN - 105167950200003)
Dubaigold.online does not receive, store, or hold customer funds
Payments are accepted only for the purpose of executing a gold purchase
No funds may be deposited or held without an associated gold purchase
The Platform does not provide:
wallets
stored value accounts
deposits
savings products
interest, yield, or investment returns
All transactions are commodity purchase transactions, not financial or investment products.
Customers may view transaction statements through the Platform, which reflect:
gold purchases executed by Sparklyn
allocated quantities
transaction references
delivery eligibility
These statements are informational only and do not represent custodial accounts.
Gold prices may fluctuate due to market conditions.
The Platform does not provide investment advice or price guarantees.
Customers acknowledge that:
gold prices may rise or fall
delivery timelines may vary due to logistics
Sparklyn is responsible for bullion-related obligations (TRN - 105167950200003)
In the event that Dubaigold.online ceases operations:
customer ownership of allocated gold remains unaffected
gold transactions executed by Sparklyn remain valid
customers may engage directly with Sparklyn regarding delivery
Dubaigold.online does not hold customer assets.
Dubaigold.online shall not be liable for:
bullion pricing decisions
gold quality or purity
storage, insurance, or delivery of gold
acts or omissions of Sparklyn Diamonds LLC (TRN - 105167950200003)
Liability relating to gold transactions rests with Sparklyn Diamonds LLC (TRN - 105167950200003) in accordance with applicable law.
All transactions are subject to:
applicable UAE laws and regulations
AML / KYC requirements
bullion trading regulations
Customers may be required to provide identity verification prior to transaction execution or delivery.
Dubaigold.online reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
“Dubaigold.online acts solely as a technology and execution platform and does not sell, hold, or custody customer funds or gold.”
